Lairhillock football team sponsorship

Aker Qserv fully recognises the importance of being a socially responsible organisation, and is dedicated to maintaining strong links with the local community. In November 2008, Aker Qserv’s commitment to the communities in which it operates extended to include Lairhillock primary school football club.

The school, located close to Aker Qserv headquarters outside Aberdeen, was delighted to receive a new set of strips for the school’s A-team. The black and white strips, complete with the Qserv logo, were presented to the pupils to encourage them to take pride in their team and their school.

Mark Kerr, midfielder for Aberdeen Football Club, was in attendance at the presentation to share his footwork skills and to inspire the budding athletes, aged nine to eleven, to lead a healthy lifestyle.
