Design Engineer (United Kingdom)

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be experienced in the design and manufacture of portable offshore equipment, including specification of equipment, detailed and conceptual design, and preparation of drawings, schematics, manuals and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the specification of mechanical and electrical design requirements for all equipment including new-build equipment and modifications of existing units.
- Providing day to day back up to the Engineering Manager.
- Ensuring all information relating to projects and assets is accurately recorded and stored appropriately.
- Managing or assisting in the management of special projects, involving the construction special-to-type equipment.
