Pipeline Services
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
•Full working knowledge of Permit to Work Systems
• Perform Risk and COSHH Assessments
• Supervisor Junior Personnel.
• Perform Standard Pigging and testing operations.
• Rig up of pigging and testing equipment.
• Repair and maintain all items of equipment.
• Perform standard daily checks and full maintenance of pump units.
• Assist all Pipeline Operations
• Ability to identify differently rated hoses and fittings required for pigging and testing operations.
• Perform basic pigging and testing calculations.
• Carry out chemical injection calculations.
• Must be familiar with all company equipment, its safe operation and basic maintenance.
• Must be able to follow and understand project procedures.
• Must have a good working knowledge of pipeline dewatering operations and theory behind the different methods.
• Ability to pump nitrogen.
• Knowledge of “Safety at Work” including Qserv HSEQ policy, HASAWA, COSHH, Manual Handling and Risk Assessment etc.
