The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
To work with chargehand’s in the administration of all paper work including:-
Raising of purchase requisitions.
Raising of job numbers and job cards.
Filing of job cards and related paperwork.
Organising sub contractors.
Assisting with processing of equipment requirement forms.
Utilisation of Probity computer system.
The successful candidate will be computer literate including Word and Excel and have experience in general administration.
