The right start for the right people

Aker Qserv recognises that there are skilled individuals who are looking to break into the oil and gas industry, or further develop their career. As such the Multi Service Technician Trainee (MST) programme has been designed with the aim of hiring and developing individuals with a mechanical background or aptitude. Oil and gas industry experience is not an essential requirement for acceptance on to the programme, but motivation and a can-do attitude are.

The Aker Qserv MST programme is an eight-week competency based scheme, allowing students with a mechanical background to gain vital classroom and hands-on experience of the equipment and tools used by Aker Qserv.
