Well done for a fantastic first season of interventions. After the initial issues with running such complex equipment the equipment performance has been very good. We achieved a world record in terms of wire through water depths. We have managed to carry out operations in the North Atlantic with helicopter and boat to boat transfers performed. We have established the real operating limits for ROVs, moon pool operations as well as transfers. We have established excellent, practical working relationships with the FPSO. It has been the longest continuous campaign that BP has ever had with a monohull intervention vessel. So all in all, it has been a great learning experience and extremely successful.

So thank you to one and all for everything that has been achieved this year. Thank you for your effort and constant support. Your help and determination has been crucial in ensuring that this year's campaign has been a success.

Positive UFR for excellent performance during recent Harding CT campaign.
Job was executed flawlessly with no Qserv-caused downtime. This work has made a substantial contribution to BP Harding's production which is proving sustainable beyond expectations.

I would like to commend the Aker Qserv team members that worked on the Wintershall P9 and E18 projects. All team members worked safely and were very proficient in their jobs. On the E18 project I would especially like to mention both supervisors, who both provided excellent support when trying to establish leak test connection points.

The first day of testing on the P6-D did not go as smoothly as hoped and your team did very well to keep the job going and to get the air compressor fixed. I am very happy with their performance and thought it right that their efforts are recognised within the Aker Qserv office.

Please pass on our sincere thanks to all crew members for their exemplary performance during the Bruce wireline operation recently completed. Most appreciated was the crews commitment to safe operations which as you see from below, was commended by platform management.
Thanks also to you all for the onshore support, working up an extremely high value piece of work at short notice, at a very busy time for us all.

All offshore personnel through all levels continualy contributed above expected standards, to safely execute a very awkward operation onboard the platform.
Their efforts towards STOP was also recognised for the good numbers and also the quality of conversations being carried out by all.

All the operations were performed as SIMOPS with W166 and therefore increased the operational complexity. Additionally the unit was spotted within the CTU to allow operations to proceed whilst the rig was over slot W166 making the rig up and activities far from routine. Throughout their time offshore the QServ personnel were extremely proactive and executed the job with the upmost professionalism.

Just a brief note to express everyone's appreciation onboard the AH001 on how well the Qserv personnel have performed to date.

Both shifts appear to have bought into the safe working ethos onboard the AH001 and their performance in both carrying out the job and following safe working practices have been exemplary.

It is vitally important that we keep up this level of performance.

I have personally thanked the guys.

From my own experience with your staff in Angola, and from the daily reports we've been receiving during the vent testing, Qserv staff have performed above and beyond the call of duty. The operations management on the FPSO have specifically commented on the safe and professional manner in which they have conducted themselves and the testing scope, and our offshore representative has been very complementary about all the assistance they have provided him and their willingness to extend working hours to allow for 24 hour vent testing.

Please pass our thanks on to the staff, and also our thanks to your senior management for supplying personel capable of operating outside the envelope under very difficult climatic and working conditions. We'd greatly appreciate any bonus payment you could make them in recognition of their outstanding work. This in particular as we will be requesting them by name for the next vent testing campaign and would really appreciate it if they're happy and keen to return to Angola.
