Well done to all involved in the safe and efficient organisation, mobilisation and execution of the P1 kick-off. It was a very slick and impressive operation. Please pass on Venture's thanks to all involved at Qserv, on Hummingbird and in the WGE onshore support team.

On behalf of Lundin Britain Ltd I would like to thank all personnel who were involved in the fishing operation on Thistle well A21/10, this work proved to be quite difficult with the potential to become much more serious.
Please pass on our thanks to the wireline team for the way in which they performed this task, they never lost focus and the work was performed in a safe and professional manner.

Can you pass on my thanks to all involved during the P14a intervention phase, the attitude and professionalism of the Qserv crews stands out particularly when operations are not going quite to plan, the upper crown plug problems was a good example your slickline crews are always ready to give good advice, get involved in problem solving and have a high standard of slickline knowledge.
In today's offshore environment where many service companies struggle to provide experienced personnel, having crew chiefs from Qserv certainly make everyday operations a lot easier for myself and the rig management, their efforts and those of the rest of the crew are very much appreciated, they are a very friendly approachable crew and are a credit to Qserv.
Keep up the good work and I hope to see the same crews for the next completion on P13.

I would just like to say many thanks to you all for achieving a 100% Safety Record for 2008 Wellwork. It is through your committment, dedication and continued safety focus that we
Jim Horsburgh, Wellwork operations superintendent
have achieved our aim of "Nobody Gets Hurt !" We have executed several quite complex operations (Seawell Ops / Coil Tubing Cleanout with Tower / Wireline Mast Ops etc) over the past year and avoided any type of injury to the people at the coal-face - this is quite an achievement.

Coiled tubing operations were performed on 2 water injection wells on BP Harding. Objectives were to jet chemicals across the completions and backflow to surface to improve the injectivity of the wells. Qserv provided all CT equipment and personnel for the job. All equipment provided was in perfect working order with no faults or missing items reported. Personnel were very proactive in ensuring operations ran as efficently as possible, resulting in the campaign finishing 7 days ahead of schedule with 0% NPT. Input from all crew members to the platform SMS was also of a high standard. Onshore support provided prior to and during operations was also of a high standard and helped ensure all objectives of the campaign were successfully met.

On behalf of BG thank you all very much for contributing to a safe and successful completion and welltest installation phase on the Ensco 92 (M3 Completion Operations). All offshore crews performed extremely well and this was reflected in the fact that all operations were carried out without an HSSE incident and zero NPT.

Just wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to the crew for their excellent work in carrying out the recent squeeze campaign. First-rate job as usual. A special mention goes to those involved in packaging the samples as they were boxed on a 'per well' basis, which greatly assisted our Analytical Services dept., who's life was made a whole lot easier. Thanks again. Great job.

Feedback on the Coil tubing Intervention Mast we have been using on Miller for the last couple of months. We have found a number of benefits assosiated with using an intevention mast for the CT campaign work. It has provided a safer and more efficient working environment for all personnel involved with the task. In turn this has also helped to improve the efficiency of the ongoing operations. To date six CT interventions have been completed, all without incident and on plan. Use of the CT intervention mast has contributed significantly to this.

QSERV personnel and equipment worked very well prior to and during PWRI 3 well on the Galaxy 1 / ETAP installation.
Special mention must go to the supervisors of the crews who when we ran into problems with other vendors equipment worked hard to resolve these issues and were of great assistance to the BP Completions team onboard.
