BG Group

18th July 2008

Intervention operations have now finished on the ENSCO 92 with the successful retrieval of the drilling BHA from the Minerva M3 well. On behalf of the BG Wells team, I would like to thank Qserv for the efficient response to the requirements for the rapid deployment of the wireline package to the rig, and for the extremely safe and efficient manner in how all wireline operations were executed given the difficult conditions.

The ENSCO 92 OIM specificially mentioned how well all the crew embedded themselves quickly into the rig safety systems and safety culture. They were both active and pro active participants in the STOP system and contributed willingly throughout. Please pass our thanks to all crew members involved.

DONG Energy – SCA-12 Ensco 70

6th May 2008

Just a word of thanks for your efforts in securing the completion phase of SCA-12. The well is now on production, just a few hours after handover to our Production Team. The rig has now moved on to SCA-3

The work was completed without incident and with no major hold ups, a very pleasing result. Thanks to all who took part in both the planning and execution.

Marathon Ireland - Kinsale Alpha and Bravo

29th April 2008

Following the completion of the Kinsale Alpha and Bravo Wireline campaign, I would like to say how happy I was with the performance of both crews. When I was supervising the job, I was impressed with the safe operations, efficiency and the good communications that I observed during toolbox talks and during the operation itself.

Shell Gannet – Coiled Tubing Services

24th March 2008

The rig up and pressure test is now complete, we are unable to tie in at the upstream flanges as a bean back is required - we will probably tie this in using platform labour later this week. The chiksan package arrived onboard 9.30am and the guys had it built / pressure tested by close of play the same day, the chiksan run was across two levels - excellent effort.

I have thanked the guys personally and let them know I will be sending a letter highlighting their excellent work.

QPD A7 ESP Workover

3rd March 2008

QPD would like to express its thanks and appreciation for the professional and smooth operations carried out by Qserv on the replacement of the ESP on well A7. This was a very complex operation and required much planning and pre-work, which was carried out in a very timely and comprehensive manner. The execution also required interfacing with another company, which is not easy, and this was handled very professionally.

Mr Reid who was the Project Manager for Qserv was very dedicated and detailed in his work and one of the main reasons the work went so well. We look forward to working with you again in the future and wish you all the best in your ongoing operations.

Hess Denmark APS - SA09

3rd March 2008

Congratulations with the successful fishing of the plug in SA09. I would like to thank the South Arne Core Crew and all the support functions helping out during the well interventions where we have now passed two years without an LTI. Keep up the good team work.

BP Miller

20th February 2008

Qserv designed and built modifications to their Coiled Tubing Intervention Tower and Injector Mast, and performed a stack up trial for BP in the Qserv yard. The Tower was erected as planned with all the pieces fitting together smoothly, demonstrating how it would be built offshore. At the trial the BP Miller team requested that a video was made of the Tower being built and dismantled to act as a training guide and allow offshore staff to see it being built before it was sent offshore. Qserv then commissioned a media company, and a video was made.

BP Lomond – Coiled Tubing Services

6th February 2008

Qserv recently performed coiled tubing operations on the Lomond platform. This was the first time BP had performed such operations on this platform and involved several unique challenges due to its small size and limited POB. A fair amount of pre-job engineering was required which was performed in a professional and timely manner. The scope of the operation grew by a significant amount from that initially identified and Qserv provided continuous support throughout this defining stage of the process. During actual operations, the Qserv crew members delivered a lengthy and fairly complex programme safely and efficiently. Although the outcome, in terms of production, is not what we had hoped for, the execution of the programme was exemplary, due entirely to the professionalism, commitment and teamwork of the personnel involved. I was especially pleased and impressed with the team’s contribution to platform safety programmes (STOP, SOC) which is to be commended.
